December 10th was International Human Rights Day

ACT has a number of lesson ideas for teaching human rights on its website. For example, try the work on Blood Diamonds here at this link. Members can access more in the secondary resources section.
There are also ideas on the BIHR website click here and the Amnesty website click here ACT also put a lot of information on human rights education into its theme which you can access here and don't forget the previous news items on piracy and Burma for other ideas.
